Where Coffee Becomes Ritual

Kōhī was born from a single conviction: that great coffee demands great attention. Every bean tells the story of its soil, its altitude, the hands that harvested it.

We travel to origin twice a year — to Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, Japan — building relationships with the farmers who share our obsession with quality. What arrives in our roastery is already extraordinary. Our job is not to transform it, but to reveal it.

Origin
We visit farms personally. Every lot is cupped and scored. Only the top 10% makes it to our roastery.

Roasting
Small 10kg batches. Each origin roasted to a custom profile developed over dozens of test roasts.

Brewing
Water temperature, grind size, dose, and time — each dial tuned daily for each coffee on bar.

Service
Your cup arrives with a small card: the origin, the farmer's name, the tasting notes. The full story.
